Every You Every Me Hoodie
About 10 or more years ago I bought a hoodie from a local 'alternative' store which they ordered in because they didn't have any Placebo hoodies in. After a few days it came in and I was happy as punch; a gorgeous new Placebo hoodie with spoons on the back and Every You Every Me written at the top.

Unfortunately after a while it got misplaced and I've been on the search for it ever since. I've been back to the place I bought it from with the same people running it and they say they don't order in clothes like that and they wouldn't have known where they had ordered that one from, especially since it was so long ago. Also I don't have any pictures of the hoodie, at least not of the picture on the back.

I was wondering if anyone had ever seen such a hoodie and where and when it was? If you could let me know that would be awesome as it I have been on the search ever since the point of losing it.

Many thanks to all.

PLACEBO - THE RETURN!

Placebo are back in the studio working on a new album! The band finished their last touring campaign in September of last year in the USA (on the Projekt Revolution tour with Linkin Park and My Chemical Romance). Since then the band have taken some much needed time out and over the past couple of months have been hard at work writing and demoing new material in London. The boys are now recording with producer David Bottrill (the man behind Tool’s ‘Aenima’, ‘Salival’ and ‘Lateralus’ albums, Silverchair’s ‘Diorama’ and dEUS ‘The Ideal Crash’). Engineering the album is James Brown who worked with the band on ‘Meds’.

...And on the drums with Placebo...?????!!!!! Introducing... Mr Steve Forrest! Hailing from Modesto, California, he was previously the drummer with American rock band, ‘Evaline’. Some of you may have spotted Steve playing with Evaline supporting Placebo on their US tour in October '06."

What a fucking ironic twist of fate-Stefan,Brian and Steve...

Alright I was talking with yuppieflu and we remember vaguely an interview with Stefan from I believe a gay magazine [I think it might have been a US one]. There should be two of them the newer one he talks a lot about monogamy / traditional ideals of monogamy not being his thing, and being with someone for ten years now. I don't know if I ever found the old one or not but the same interviewer I guess interviewed him before at the beginning of their career and said that he didn't know for sure Stef was gay but assumed by the way he answered some questions. Anyone know what we're talking about and can link me to one or both interviews? Or even just to validate we aren't insane and collectively imagined this?

So this is my new tattoo. My new emo tattoo, I suppose you could call it but I personally don't give a damn if people think it is. My NIN/Placebo inspired tattoo to be precise. The 'Grey would be the colour if I had a heart' is from Something I Can Never Have. The left band on th heart says Broken which is the name of one of the Halos (albums) and the other side will have Fixed in black writing one of these days. Protege Moi is a Placebo song and the heart wings is one of their logos. I had mine shaded grey though, I didn't want the standard black.

copied from my own lj entry hence the explanation.
